We cannot answer questions regarding the reason that your vehicle was impounded.

IMPOUND & VEHICLE RELEASE INFORMATION
In order to redeem your vehicle, please have the following information available:
1. CURRENT proof of insurance
2. A VALID Government issued Drivers License
3. Proof of ownership such as a title or VALID registration
UNLESS THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS ARE MET, YOU WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR VEHICLE OR BE ABLE TO HAVE IT RELEASED TO YOU
