Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?
Estimates are written Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and no appointment is necessary. Drop in anytime during normal business hours and we’ll take the time to inspect your vehicle.
Do you charge for estimates?
Estimates are provided free of charge as a courtesy to our customers. In certain cases, additional diagnostics are necessary that carry a fee. You will be notified of those fees before it is done.
Do you provide a replacement vehicle while mine is being repaired?
No. Unfortunately, it's your responsibility to acquire a "loaner" vehicle while we are servicing your vehicle.
How long will it take to make the repairs?
Each repair job is unique and many different factors can influence the duration of repairs. We will provide you an approximate completion date at that time you drop off your vehicle and keep you posted if there are any delays.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and PayPal. We only accept CASH for impounded vehicles.
